Classic Perfect World (abbreviated as CPW) is a test server and was created to introduce players to the game, all rights belong to the right holder.
We offer a fun and safe place to interact with one another across our servers. We encourage our players to cooperate and compete on our servers, but crossing the line into abuse is never acceptable. If you come across a player violating the policies below, you should report them.
While we encourage you to report players that are behaving in a disrespectful manner, falsely reporting another player with the sole intent of restricting their gameplay is also unacceptable, and will result in penalties to your account.
Behaviour that intentionally detracts from others' enjoyment (such as insulting, flaming, abusing, etc.) is unacceptable. We expect our players to treat each other with respect, and promote an enjoyable environment. Acceptable behaviour is determined by player reports and our decision, and violating these guidelines will result in account and gameplay restrictions.

The guidelines and rules listed below explain what behavior is expected of you and what behavior you can expect from other community members.
We reserve the right to suspend your access to our services at any time as much as necessary to keep a fun experience for all players.
We reserve the right to evaluate each incident on a case by case basis. The action we take may be more lenient or more severe than those listed under each category.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER PLAYERS

- Are an inappropriate reference to human anatomy or bodily functions
- Are otherwise considered objectionable
- Bypass the mature language filter
- Contain profanity and inappropriate expressions
- Mute for 30 minutes
- Mute for 3 hours
- Mute for 24 hours
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes both clear and masked language in posts, signatures, and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:
- Contain rude expressions, unreasonable quibbles, obscene jokes and other degrading human dignity
- Represent other players, groups of people, in particular staff, in an offensive manner
- Incite to insult other players, groups of people, in particular staff
One of these measures will be taken for a violation in a common/trade/world chat:
- Mute for 30 minutes
- Mute for 3 hours
- Mute for 24 hours

- Promote racial/national hatred
- Are recognized as a racial/national slur
- Allude to a symbol of racial/national hatred
- Mute for 30 minutes

This category includes both clear and masked language in posts, signatures, and/or links to websites containing such language or images which:
- Insultingly refer to any aspect of sexual/romantic orientation or gender identity/expression (male, female, trans-gender, bi-gender, pangender, genderfluid, agender or any non-binary identity not listed) pertaining to themselves or other players
- Mute for 30 minutes
- Mute for 3 hours
- Mute for 24 hours

- Negatively portray major religions or religious figures

- Refer to extreme and/or violent sexual acts
- Refer to extremely violent real life actions
- Pornography

- Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish
- Creating threads for the sole purpose of causing unrest on the forums
- Causing disturbances in forum threads, such as picking fights, making off topic posts that ruin the thread, insulting other posters
- Sending non-constructive and meaningful messages
- Making a drama
- Abuse of upper case
- Creating threads about existing topics
- Creating a separate thread about an existing topic for further discussion in more than one forum
- Abusing the Reported Post feature by sending false alarms or nonsensical messages
- Mute for 30 minutes

- Insulting and/or any other insulting mention of the player's relatives
- Mute for 2 hours
- Mute for 12 hours

- Refer to violence in any capacity that is not directly related to the game world
- Account ban for 1 day.

- Reference to abusing illegal drugs
- Reference to performing illegal activities

- Any public calls to violate the rules
- Account ban for 6 hours.

COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF
This category includes:
- Disrespectful attitude towards an employee
- An impolite address to an employee
- Contact an employee for no reason
- Account ban for 2 hours.
- Account ban for 5 hours.
- Account ban for 12 hours.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
One of these measures will be taken against a player found to have violated this rule:
- Account ban for 6 hours.
- Account ban for 24 hours.
- Account ban for 7 days.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Criticism and discussions disciplinary measures taken against a player. To express your disagreement, create a ticket in Discord, only in this way we can reconsider the measure taken against you.
- Account ban for 2 hours.
- Account ban for 5 hours.
- Account ban for 12 hours.

This category includes:
- Passing yourself off as a employee to post false information
- Introducing yourself to other players as a friend or relative of the staff
- Account ban for 24 hours.

- Distribute the details of the player's chat or conversation with the staff

- Intentional interference or distraction of staff members

SERVER ERRORS AND THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
This category includes:
- Using exploits, bugs, or engaging in any activity that grants an unfair advantage
- Inform other players who are not related to the Staff team about bugs or abuses found
- Account ban for 7 to 30 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Use or distribute unauthorized software programs or tools that clearly provides an advantage over other players (such as "auto", "macro", hack or cheat software)
- Posting links to cheats, hacks, etc
- Account ban for 10 to 60 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Any modification of game files to gain unfair advantage over other players
- File switching, which may result in gameplay changes
- Account ban for 1 days.
- Account ban for 7 days.
- Account ban for 30 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.
More serious and repeated violations will result in greater restrictions.
This category includes:
- Scam by hacking another player's account
- Posting links to malicious viruses / programs, which may cause the player to lose his account
- Account ban for 14 days.
- Permanent ban of all accounts belonging to the player.

ACCOUNT AND GAMEPLAY
Please note! If you intend to share your account with third parties, the team staff will not be able to help you restore your valuables if they are stolen. This category includes:
- Purchase of an account or character valuables for in-game or non-game currency or values, including cash and other methods of payment
- Selling an account or character valuables for in-game or non-game currency or values, including cash and other methods of payment
- Advertising that you are selling or buying accounts/in-game valuables for cash or anything else
Selling or buying accounts for any currency is not allowed.
If you break this rule and buy an account, and after a while you will be scammed - then the staff will not help you, because you violated this rule and trusted the scammer.
This rule is created for your safety, and we don't want you to be scammed.
However, you can share your account with other players at your own risk.
But keep in mind that if you stop playing by yourself, we can also regard this as an account selling.
If this happened, and your account was banned, and you can prove that you did not sell your account for real money - write to the employees.
One of these measures will be taken against a player found to have violated this rule:
- Permanent account ban
This category includes various violations of service agreements:
- Non-compliance with in-game agreements between players
- Scam by impersonating another person and misleading the player
- Inappropriate names in trade shops: the shop must contain all the goods mentioned in the name, and their cost should not exceed the difference of 20% from what is in the name
- Overlap of players' shops with various in-game objects: character model, battle or mount pets, etc
When submitting a complaint, the player must attach a full screenshot of the game, where the staff will be able to see the arrangements.
This category includes:
- Declaring fake bids, or bids with no intention of winning
- Manipulating TWs in various ways
- Participating in TWs with an alt guild
One of these measures will be taken against a player found to have violated this rule:
- Warning for the leader
- Blocking the leader's account for 14 days
Each guild that is going to participate in the bidding and enter the map will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We cannot guarantee that the server will meet your needs and wishes.
