1. Introduced Halloween event: claim your rewards from the battle pass by completing daily quests and running high-level instances
2. Fixed entering Phoenix Valley after 15 minutes
3. Adjusted the unique abilities of raid bosses to occur less frequently and only if their HP is <50%
4. Now wood dummies can be placed only 3 times a day
5. Added forges containing all in-game equipment with +12 and free shards for practice in all arenas except Archosaur
6. Increased rep. points to 450 for using some of the rewards from treasure hunting
7. Added Wing Trophy · Lunar Glade to Armory V
8. Adjusted some descriptions in the Calendar
9. Added delays to raid bosses before using their skills
10. Increased range for PW136.COM from 15 to 20 meters
11. Updated the map for NW event
12. Added new unique titles at the request of players

In the new patch there are new Genies to obtain but no idea how to acquire them, any help on this?
