📚 Daily [Guide] Marriage Quest Daily

Other than being fun, getting married in PW gives you access to some daily quest and resources for both partners.

The main benefits are EXP, reputation, some utilities (charms, teleport scrolls, wedding candies etc.) and a small number of mirages.

EXP is substantial, especially at lower levels. You also gain between 200 and 400 rep, depending on which quest it is. Materially, you gain sweet memories which you can trade in at the matchmaking servant for charms, teleport scrolls, guardian scrolls and a few other things. Keep in mind that the charms are ‘only’ silver and can’t be combined, so it would be wise not to make too many at a time, so it doesn’t fill up your inventory.

Back to the quests, there are seven separate ones depending on which day of the week it is, and they can be taken once every day.

To do a marriage quest, a married couple must be together in a squad without anyone else in the squad. The squad leader should then be able to pick up a quest from the matchmaking servant in West Archosaur (523, 655).

Do keep in mind that while you can get married at level 20, you cannot take the marriage quest daily unless both partners are at least level 30.

MONDAY:

  • First, go to the Lonely Widow npc near the lake in Tomb of Shining Tide (it's a bit north of Orchid temple).
  • Continue talking to the NPC Lonely Widow Speak to the Lonely Widow until you exhaust the dialogue and get a quest to kill the 'Chinling Governor'
  • Kill the mini-boss Chinling Governor. If he is immune to damage, kill some of his underlings. Turn in the quest at the Lonely Widow and get your rewards.
TUESDAY:
  • Go to the Nameless Isle (island east of archosaur) and talk to Tessa.
  • Fly across the water to the nearby island and kill lesser spiders until a Giantfang spider boss spawns. How many spiders you need to kill seems to be random, which each spider having a set % chance of doing so.
  • Talk to Leon, who should appear next to Tessa. Make sure to be relatively quick since he's technically on a timer and might disappear. If he does disappear, you can wait for someone else to to turn in the quest and he'll show up again, so you can turn it in too.
WEDNESDAY:
  • Talk to Cho Wenchun in south arch, near the zookeeper.
  • Fly to north arch and talk to Suma the Learned.
  • Now you have two quests, one to kill specific mobs and another to pay some money to npcs and get a a quest item. One partner will have to kill frail blobs, and the other will have to kill the Aboride Dryads. Both mobs are just around arch - you can fly just over the wall behind Cho Wenchun and find plenty of both. Then you also have to fly to the merchants/NPCs for the second part of the quest and just speak to them until their quests are complete.
  • Return to Cho Wenchun, at which point you can turn in the quest and get 200 rep.
  • Take the quest 'Love Letter' from Cho Wenchun and then go talk to Suma the learned again to finish the quest and get the rest of your rewards.
THURSDAY:
  • Go southwest from Archosaur to reach this place. Talk to Rion, who is near the Great Lake.
  • You'll need to kill two bosses - Nightspike Strider and Nightspike Cannibal, who are a short flight away from Rion. They're easy enough to kill since you'll be two characters, and venos have an especially easy time. It may take a while if you're very low level, so consider asking for some assistance.
  • Talk to Rion again, turn in the quest and you'll get some new quest items.
  • To finish the quest and get your rewards, teleport to plume city and fly to Reese near the plume lake.
FRIDAY:
  • Teleport to the valley of the hidden orchid and talk to Hsu Hsian, who should be a short flight away nearby. He'll give you a quest.
  • Make sure to do a wider flight rather than just around the NPC, since there are more of them in the area and it's much faster than just waiting for the respawn. This can still take a long time though, so have some patience.
  • Turn in the quest at Hsu Hsian.
  • You'll then have to kill the nearby miniboss Aegis Tower Disciple. He has a tower with him. Once you kill the boss, the tower will disappear and it'll reveal the npc White Saintess, which you can talk to to complete the quest. She'll despawn in a while, so you need to turn in the quest quickly. If you arrive at the are and the boss is already killed, you'll need to wait a bit for it to respawn so you can kill it and turn in your own quest. If you killed the boss but didn't turn in on time, you can wait for someone else to turn it in and then turn in your own quest while the white saintess is still spawned.
SATURDAY:
  • Telport to Allies Camp and talk to Sui Irin.
  • Fly just outside the walls, where you'll see a bunch of flowers. Both partners will have to dig 5 each.
  • Turn the quest in at Sui Irin and take the next quest.
  • After you get the quest from Sui Irin, teleport to Angler's Village and talk to the foreign monk. He'll give you a quest item.
  • Go back to Allies camp and then to Scholar Chang.
  • Go back to Sui Irin and talk to her.
  • Fly back to Scholar Chang to complete the quest and get your rewards.
SUNDAY:
  • Go to the Monument of Faith which you'll find near Sanctuary, next to a lake. It's a short flight to get there.
  • Fly up and kill 10 Pedalbiter Batwings.
  • Go back to the monument, and you'll see some flowers. Both partners will have to dig five each.
  • After you're done digging flowers, dig the last quest item that's right next to the monument. You'll have to dig one at a time, so if one partner is done with the flowers early, start digging immediately.
  • The quest will auto complete once you're done digging. The lake will also become sparkly, with cherry blossoms and a rainbow in the distance.
