DONATION POLICIES & REFUNDS
It's not required for you to make a donation to enjoy the full experience of Perfect World Classic, it's completely optional and is done voluntarily.
All donations are credited to your account instantly and are non refundable. Our system will perform the delivery of virtual coins automatically when we receive the payment confirmation sent by the payment websites. No need for confirmation of payment via email or shipping receipts, our system is fully automatic.
The payment can be refunded only if the virtual coins purchased were not used by the user in any way. In any other case, we cannot offer a refund to the user, as he instantly gains an advantage over others by using his virtual coins.
CHARGEBACKS
Any attempts to reverse donation will be met with an automatic and immediate permanent ban. All accounts belonging to this person will be permanently banned by hardware and IP address. Our accounting team always contests each and every chargeback and has a high success rate.
All those players who abuse chargebacks, cheat and mislead the PayPal referee will be blacklisted and will never be able to play on any of our servers again until they return the amount of the approved PayPal chargeback.
If you are banned for violating the TOS, you will not get a refund.
If you do not like the service, you will not get a refund.
ITEM EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the purchased product from the Cash Shop, you will NOT receive an exchange or replacement even if you have proof of your donation.
This is due to the fact that the Cash Shop has all the necessary functions for previewing the purchased item.
We do not offer any kind of exchange, except if it was our fault (inconsistency of the purchased item or its description, development issues, etc.)
We cannot guarantee that the server will meet your needs and wishes.
We are not obliged to anyone and anything. Content updates are developed at our discretion.
